Only because we are completely biased and unashamed we will start with Bentley Bodies. Hands down (no pun intended) the finest deep tissue massage west of Boston. Kick ass Yoga/Pilates Fusion classes. Private sessions of fitness that will push you to a new level of fitness or tranquility or harmony or whatever. Check out the website - Torie and Hilda do the massage phenom and Torie will put your core to work in a way it probably hasn't experienced before. Torie has a full menu of therapeutic massage. She is popular and booking before you come is not a bad idea if you are only going to be here for a week or so.

Mountain Haven Salon...Jaci is exceptional at hair - it's a good thing, since that is how she has been making a living for more than a year or two. As testimony, my husband gets his hair cut here, by Jaci and he lives in Boston.
